Once we post the bond at the DDC, the Sheriff's Office processes the release. Timing depends on how busy booking is that day and whether the defendant's paperwork is complete — it can be quick or take several hours. We stay on it until the release is confirmed and keep you updated.
What does a co-signer need?
A government photo ID, your current address and employer, and four personal references with addresses and phone numbers. We may also ask for vehicle information. You can complete and sign the entire Co-Signer Packet online from your phone.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Tennessee allows bondsmen to accept the premium in equal installments with no interest, as long as the full premium is paid within the first 12 months of the bond. We'll explain the terms before you sign anything.
